Team H Training Times

When: Every WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY and SUNDAY

Where: We meet at Morrisons Plymstock

Time: 6:50pm for a 7pm start and 7am for Sunday moring run

As always everyone welcome, the more the merrier !! All running paces and all abilities are catered for.
