Team H train EVERY WEEK

When: Every WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY and SUNDAY

Where: We meet at Morrisons Plymstock in the car park next to the recycling banks

Time: 6:50pm for a 7pm start and 7am for Sunday moring run

As always everyone is welcome, the more the merrier!! All running paces and all abilities are catered for, so why run on your own when you could run with Team H??
